He was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company on 18 October 2023, overseeing the operational activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries, including but not limited to commercial, production and business operations. He is also the Group Chief Operating Officer of Geo Energy Resources Limited (the controlling shareholders of the Company).

He has over 20 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership roles working in the United States, Indonesia, and Singapore encompassing Oil and Energy, Shipping, Transportation, and Logistic industries. He holds a Bachelor of Finance & Accounting from University of Washington and Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Seattle University in Washington, USA.

He also the Chief Financial Officer of Geo Energy Resources Limited (the controlling shareholders of the Company).

He has over 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with successful track record in corporate finance and merger & acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore, with a Finance program in New York University, Stern Business School, New York, USA.
